MBay is involved in a billing dispute with AT&T which
has resulted in the loss of DSL service for their customers.
Obviously, this is a serious issue and a substantial inconvenience. In an attempt to

the impact of this incident.
Sonic.net is the wholesale partner for MBay's DSL, and has been providing the
underlying DSL aggregation and Internet connection to you for some time. Sonic.net has
been retained by MBay to take care of your DSL service in order to return you to service
as quickly as possible.
Sonic.net provides DSL aggregation and Internet transport services to around one
hundred ISPs throughout California. In addition, they offer retail Internet
services. Sonic.net is based in Santa Rosa, and have a staff of one hundred friendly
